UGuide creates analyses and visualisations of student performance on specific subjects. Exam questions are linked to subjects. In a heatmap you can see the distribution of given answers per question or subject which assists you in the identification of difficult subjects. Students can more easily see what they need to focus on and can study more efficiently which results in fewer dropouts

Exam results are processed and visualized in clear and informative tables and diagrams showing individuals and groups mastery of subjects over time. Difficulties with mastery can be identified and resolved before they pose a problem. Relevant study materials can be attributed to subjects and questions so that an interactive list of learning materials can be made.

UGuide is designed to be easily installed within the existing infrastructure of the institution and complement existing services. UGuide started development after the publication of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the principles of the GDPR form the basis of our privacy policy. UGuide never shares data with third parties and the data are stored within the institution.
